I was picked up at the correct pick-up point and seated in my reserved seat. The driver was enthusiastic, cheerful, and friendly. I'm quite prone to motion sickness, and the strong smell of air conditioning makes me nauseous. However, with Trong Thuy Travel, I didn't notice the strong air conditioning smell like with other companies. I was quite satisfied with the trip, and I will definitely support this company again for future trips.

I've traveled to Quy Nhon many times and can confidently say this is the best transportation company. I give it a 10/10 and 5/5 stars. The staff are extremely enthusiastic and professional, the manager is fantastic and always ready to assist. The seats are comfortable, the driving style is safe and smooth. The drivers are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help passengers when needed. I highly recommend this company. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The driver from Quy Nhon to Nha Trang scheduled 17:30 is awesome! He’s so kind and professional. He wasn’t late he came at Pick-up point(is not the office, just pick-up there. Don’t be afraid the google address as I uploaded a picture is correct just wait your driver until the pick-up time. (Because I was afraid I got a wrong place and asked Vietnamese on the cafe to call the driver to confirm whether the location I was is correct or not. Even, twice… Hahahaaa)

This was a really great bus and comfortable and it dropped my friend off at our hotel. I paid for my friend's ticket as I travelled with this company a few months ago from Quy Nhon. The driver was helpful with his text messages, and the price was excellent and cheaper than other options for a 5 star service. Highly recommended

Everything was great, except for the incredible speed. I went to bed at 1 a.m., and the GPS said it was a 6.5-hour drive to Nha Trang. We arrived at 4:30, meaning it took 3.5 hours instead of 6.5 👀 . It seemed fine, but it was scary when the oncoming buses flew by so fast I barely noticed them. The restroom was spotless, the service was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience. By the way, the journey to Ho Chi Minh City wasn't that fast. But the journey back was. The bedding was clean, and I slept well ❤️
