I used the bus twice: from Nha Trang to Tuy Hoa, and from Tuy Hoa to Quy Nhon. Thank you for your meticulous attention to detail, from the reservation to ensuring there were no inconveniences along the way, including the vehicle number, location, and even the driver's phone number. It was a very satisfying trip with no issues. I also deeply appreciate the driver's kindness.

The bus was clean and they provided us with water for the trip which was very nice. The seats were super comfortable. The driver drove safely. I was contacted on WhatsApp beforehand with instructions on where to meet which was very helpful. The trip was quicker than expected which is also a nice bonus :)

Extremely wonderful experience. Booking tickets on the app is quite cheap and convenient. The car is extremely clean, I have never seen a car with such a fragrant smell. The driver was polite, drove safely, left and arrived on time. Will recommend to friends to buy Thuan Thao tickets when going to Tuy Hoa
