The driver named Hung is very friendly and enthusiastic. My family, my husband, my wife and 2 children booked the Vung Tau - Saigon flight at 12:30 on January 18, 2022. Even though he returned more than 2 hours late due to a flat tire incident in the middle of the road, he still recognized Mr. Hung's sense of responsibility. Customers are willing to cancel the trip if they feel it is not safe for the trip, but in the end, even if the whole family waits a little late because there is a request, they should stop by the repair station and replace car parts and then continue traveling. I hope Huy Hoang bus company will take note of today's incident and fix it, as well as commend you for the safety of all passengers on the same trip. I rarely like a bus company enough to leave a review. However, I really hope that the bus company will be supported more by everyone. For me personally, this is a really decent and civilized bus trip, the staff is very cute and the products are enthusiastic, take good care and even have discounts for students, the student Tet bus trip is only over 50k. Everything is great and just from the first trip, I already love the bus company and the people here.
