The car was old but everything was still working well. Newer models would have in-car charging or massage functions, which would be more convenient for passengers. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Trung (or Chung), the driver of my 4 PM trip on April 19th, 2026, for his enthusiastic help in retrieving my phone and wallet that I had left behind at the Cao Thang office, as well as the staff from both the Saigon and Can Tho offices. Their help was genuine and heartfelt, not superficial. When I received my belongings back at 11 PM, they were in a box, carefully wrapped, shockproof, and properly labeled. I am very grateful for this.

Booked 12pm from Cai lay to HCM 12pm schedule. Car arrived 12:30pm. Arrived HCM 2:30pm. Skilful driver. Better put on seat belt. Drop off at hcm district 1 is convenient for tourist like me.

We missed our bus due to a change of pick up point (they let us know by email but I saw it too late). As we couldn’t reach the adress in time they arranged for us to take the next bus and we managed to get to our destination smoothly thanks to their fast reaction/reply. Good experience despite the change of plan, I will travel with Vexere again.

The car is comfortable, convenient, has a type C charging port for iPhone, the air conditioner is very cool and the car is equipped with blankets and mineral water. The driver and the bus conductor are friendly and pleasant. The bus picks up a bit later than the time on the app, so if you are afraid of missing your flight, you should book an earlier trip to avoid delays. I recommend everyone to try this car once.

I take the 8:30 p.m. flight. It was my first time using this company so I expected to be at Q6 station at 7:20 p.m. Who would have thought that at 7:35 p.m. there would already be a bus to transfer to Mien Tay station. Get on the big bus and depart on time, with each stop lasting 30-45 minutes. When you arrive at Gia Rai station, there is a shuttle bus waiting to take you there. This trip does not pick up passengers along the way so the car is comfortable.
