Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80. A new bus company operating the Ninh Binh - Hanoi route. They offer door-to-door pick-up and drop-off, and the price is good. I'd rate the experience.

The driver was so nice! The car is clean and confortable , my friend was a few mins late because of the drivers were canceling her ride! He was understanding and waited with a big smile! And we still made it on time!

The driver is punctual. The bus is comfortable and we arrived 15 minutes early. The driver was a little abrupt in his driving but overall it was very good.

I was completely satisfied with the services the bus provided. This is the 4th time I booked this bus in advance and it can be the best bus services I have ever experienced. The driver was so nice and supportive during the trip. Although he picked me up kinda later than the fixed pick-up time, he immediately apologized me for it due to traffic congestion in the peak hour in Hà Nội so I can sympathize with him. He drove safely and we had a comfy convo about traffic in Hà Nội and Ninh Bình. Thank you for the bus!
