Bus was on time. Staff is very helpful and flexible for me to change the departure time to meet my needs.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. I am satisfied with the trip from Vung Tau to Vung Tau intersection, the staff is cheerful and enthusiastic.

Was so surprised by the quality of the services, I've been traveling around Cambodia by bus for a while now and this was definitely the best company i took. Wide seat, smooth border pass and extra points for being able to lay down. (You might not understand everything happening at the border, with the passports and everything but you just have to trust the process and follow the group) 10/10
