Excellent trip, comfortable shuttle from chosen pick-up point, helpful and polite management, great seats, clean and comfy 🥰✨

The trip was great. Although the transfer bus from Núi Bà Đen to Tây Ninh bus station was a bit confusing, because I thought I didnt need to book a transfer bus. But the bus driver helped me to book it. Also when I contacted the zalo of Đồng Phước bus, they answered me quickly, and supported me enthusiastically. The service is really good.

The bus ran relatively on time, with a shuttle service at the Phuong Trang company office as per the booked ticket, transferring passengers to the specific address in Da Lat. The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

Was so surprised by the quality of the services, I've been traveling around Cambodia by bus for a while now and this was definitely the best company i took. Wide seat, smooth border pass and extra points for being able to lay down. (You might not understand everything happening at the border, with the passports and everything but you just have to trust the process and follow the group) 10/10
