If you come by motorbike like me, there is a parking lot on Ngo Quyen street opposite the Blood Transfusion and Hematology Hospital. I sent my motorbike at 4:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. for 10k. If you go to visit Ba Den Pagoda, the bus company will send a shuttle bus to take you there. After visiting her, if you want to go back to the city center, take a taxi for about 200k

Everything was great. I got an english-speaking contact by going to their ticket office and we communicated by WhatsApp. She was incredibly helpful - she arranged a very convenient pickup and drop off point (along their route). The van was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The customer service quality is good, water and ginger jam are included for guests, very polite, and the staff is cute and enthusiastic. As for the Dong Phuoc vehicle, it doesn't pay attention to the passengers, and the water doesn't even take passengers. Selling tickets is like selling and joking with each other, talking to customers is like bullying. Because the ticket price is the same but the service quality is better, everyone should switch to Thao Kim Ngan bus. Thank you to all the staff and drivers of the bus company, we will continue to support you if the bus company can maintain this good service quality.

Was so surprised by the quality of the services, I've been traveling around Cambodia by bus for a while now and this was definitely the best company i took. Wide seat, smooth border pass and extra points for being able to lay down. (You might not understand everything happening at the border, with the passports and everything but you just have to trust the process and follow the group) 10/10
