This was my first time traveling by limousine from Hanoi to Thai Nguyen (round trip), and I was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was compared to other companies I've used in Viet Tri, Lang Son, Hai Phong, or Quang Ninh. The schedule was punctual, the price was reasonable, and the driver was very comfortable. Even when I requested a change to the return time, they were still very attentive. The car had massage seats, wireless phone charging, and complimentary drinks. The only thing missing was face towels, otherwise it would have been perfect.

Although the bus I took today was not of good quality. However, the driver was very friendly, enthusiastic and kind. And most importantly, I arrived safely. So for me, this is still a 5-star bus. Besides, I hope Ha Lan bus company can improve the quality of the bus so that customers can have a better experience!
