This was my first time experiencing this bus company's service. They have excellent shuttle buses between Hanoi and Thanh Hoa, new and clean 5-7 seater electric vehicles. The limousine service was superb, and the departure and arrival times were exactly as announced. I will definitely support them again.

Although the departure was later than the number on the express (8:40 am departure but the bus only left at 9:30 am), the driver drove smoothly and arrived at the desired destination, there was a free shuttle service to the hotel. Very good, the Limousine was also clean and new.

The driver was friendly and enthusiastic, and the ride was comfortable.

Everything is perfect! The driver picked us up at our hotel and took us to our hotel upon arrival. Excellent communication with the carrier. We received all the information the day before. Top driver, truly perfect! 👍
