The driver was enthusiastic, picked up and dropped off on time, provided full information, it seemed like a new car that ran smoothly and without any bumps, and was clean. The road from Hanoi to Mai Chau had many mountain passes and curves, but the driver drove very calmly and seemed to be very familiar with the route. I didn't get carsick at all. I drove carefully and had a steady hand on the wheel, so I didn't get motion sickness. The electric car was smooth and quiet; overall, it was great.

The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.
