The trip was great, the driver was friendly and enthusiastic, very good passenger support, even though we changed locations, the driver still happily took us there!

The car runs smoothly, clean and safe. The driver is friendly, doesn't talk too much, doesn't play loud music. Picks up and drops off at the hotel, on time.

Good and efficient trip. Quoc, bus manager for the journey was great, he kept us informed of changes and arranged free transport to our hotel from bus terminus. Excellent job. Would recommend Vietnam Travel Bus again.
