I booked a van to ninh binh, turned out to be a private ride in a nice car. Everything was great!

The driver was very helpful and even helped us change the tickets after we missed our original scheduled time. He organized the pickup at our hotel and dropped us off at our new stay.

Driver drove like a proper Vietnamese - passing people in the shoulder in a jam etc. Since there was a huge traffic jam and we were in a hurry to get to the airport, I was rooting for him. If you come to Vietnam expecting people to drive like in Europe, go somewhere else

We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.
