Overall, the trip was nice. The driver contacted us 30 mins before he arrived at the homestay. He was a few minutes late but it’s okay. Then he drove around other homestay to pick other passengers. Then he dropped us at the office, where we all had to get out and transfer to 12 seats limousine. After 2hrs45mins, we reached our destination. It would be nice if the driver gave us more info so we have some kinda clue of what’s going on.

Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80. Driver drove like a proper Vietnamese - passing people in the shoulder in a jam etc. Since there was a huge traffic jam and we were in a hurry to get to the airport, I was rooting for him. If you come to Vietnam expecting people to drive like in Europe, go somewhere else

Great round-trip bus from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, making the ride very relaxing. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and on time, which made everything stress-free. The staff were friendly, helpful, and well organized. Overall, a very easy and reliable experience. Definitely recommend 👍
