The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It would be great if the holidays allowed customers to buy tickets online. Every major holiday, we have to buy tickets directly at the ticket office, which is inconvenient for those who work or live far away. I hope the bus operator has a convenient solution to make it easier for customers to buy tickets online (transfer money when buying tickets). I wish the bus company a prosperous business.
