Time and accuracy: The bus departs on time and arrives at BMT on time as committed. 4. Price: I feel the price of the bus service is very reasonable and consistent with the quality and amenities provided. 5. Service attitude: Staff and drivers are very enthusiastic, thoughtful and respectful of customers. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the services they provide. The bus usually departs about an hour later than shown on the app, it's clean, and the bus attendant is lovely.

All service experiences were good, each car picked up earlier than scheduled on the app (probably due to holidays and had been notified in advance but still a bit stuck on the pre-arranged schedule), enthusiastic and polite staff! Still 5 stars!

The bus conductor and driver are all attentive, reminding passengers of break times or arrival times... the bus runs on time and arrives much earlier than expected... great driver... even though it runs a bit fast... but as long as you are alert, healthy and have a firm grip on the wheel, it's fine. The facilities are very clean and fragrant, you can lie down for a bit and fall asleep, easy to sleep... and the engine is not noisy, but I don't know about others, but my ears get a little ringing when I hear the engine running for a long time. Suitable and convenient for those who need to go from Ho Chi Minh City (Mien Dong bus station) to Mang Den for a visit!
