Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. Vehicles and drivers have ok attitudes, except for the operators, very rude, need to be patient and explain the process as well as things related to the trip for customers to understand, if the elderly are not familiar with technology, if we book a car and you speak in that accent, no one will go!
