The bus company's service process is very good, with very few areas needing improvement. However, it would be better if the company changed its tissue paper supplier, as the tissues have a slightly strange smell. Otherwise, I've witnessed many changes in the bus company over the past two months: drivers and bus assistants are increasingly friendly, the service process is clear and efficient, and they've resolved the transfer bottleneck in Hanoi by assigning specific zones to each bus.

I chose An Phu Quy and also took dozens of trips because of the cheap price, punctuality, assistant driver, many staff, friendly, enthusiastic, thoughtful. VIP car with small air-conditioned cabin, regular car, some beds have broken lights (today I took car 18). Some others have air-conditioning vents (rolling doors) stuck, quite cold. However, in the long run, I still choose An Phu Quy. Thank you bus company.

I travelled from ninh binh to danang on the overnight sleeper bus. It was our first experience taking these types of buses and we were nervous. Initially, there was a change in the pick up spot 2 hours before departure which was communicated by email. We got to the correct location at 9 and the bus wasn’t there. We reached out through email and received a prompt response which was very much appreciated. They let us know that the bus was 10-15 mins late. Once the bus arrived the driver came to us personally and helped and the customer service agent also confirmed over email. The bus was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bus driver was very kind and extra attentive knowing that we were tourists. We felt safe throughout the whole journey. The bus driver at the end of the ride guided us to the free shuttle that drops you off at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

The car runs on time, clean and private. Will book again.

In Vinh city, pick up by sleeper bus, then go to Bac Vinh to arrange passengers before leaving, so for passengers from Quan Hanh overpass going to Hanoi, there is no need to wait, so the trip is very smooth. From BigC Thanh Hoa to Hanoi, it only takes 2 hours. I went from Vinh city, so waiting for passengers at Bac Vinh station was quite impatient. Good service, reputable bed, funny and calm driver.

Yesterday was a weekend so it was very crowded, traffic jams made cars late, there was only the driver from Az, there was no assistant so everyone was tired, but I saw the driver still trying to make everyone feel comfortable. as happy as possible. I think the car company could have more assistant drivers in all vehicles to help reduce driver fatigue, find more assistant drivers who can speak English, or open tutoring classes to teach English communication for long-distance drivers. . Because I personally see many foreign tourists on trips to tourist areas like this, but they cannot communicate with the driver, so no matter how enthusiastic the driver and assistant are, it is not certain that they will understand or not.
