The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. Very good experience with Việt Tân Phát bus to travel between Sài Gòn and Mang Đen, the seat / bed are really comfortable and suitable for tall guys, it is worth paying a little more (compared to other bus lines) for such a long trip. I will certainly use it again later.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
