It was my first time booking a ticket, so I was quite worried. The bus was very attentive and reputable. I was 10 minutes late coming home from the airport, but the bus company still kept the bed for me. The staff was happy and enthusiastic. It took 24 hours to depart and I arrived at the station in 5 hours. Ha Tinh bus. I am very satisfied. The ticket price is cheap but the quality is above expectations

The garage is very good, the bed is big and spacious. Route number 1, on the Hanoi - Hue route, you should take this bus.

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

The new car is clean, the seats are super comfortable, especially the pillows are attached to the bed with an adhesive so they can be removed, suitable for people who can't sleep on high pillows like me. Sleep well from the moment you get on the bus until the next morning. The bus attendant was also enthusiastic when I asked for information, and when I arrived at the stop, I was not urged to get off the bus immediately. The only minus point is that the width of both sides of the bed is slightly curved, so it's a bit tight for my friend (68kg 1m7, not a big fat person), so for fatter people it will be tight.
