The sleeper bus to BMT was comfortable, more space than what I experienced before, bottle of water a blanket and a pillow included. AC was set to a good temperature. We left on time and arrived 30mins earlier than expected. Driver was great compared to other ones in Vietnam! Not too much honking, no loud music or other noises and driving felt safe so it was easy to sleep. I'm glad I booked through Vexere and had the bus gps location and plate number because I had to search around the bus station to find it which is a Da Lat bus station problem (not all buses are up on the information board), not the company.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. I'm surprised that this bus has a low rating. I expected the worst, but a modern, clean bus arrived. My stop was only 10 minutes from the hotel, which is very convenient and very ideal. 23.50 departure and 8.30 arrival. Very clearly. It's very fast from Nha Trang to Da Nang. The driver's assistant spoke English and helped. The bus was picking me up from some intersection where there was no stop, I was worried that the DDU was not there. But the bus arrived on time. I wasn't so nervous because I met another guy at the bus stop who was waiting for the bus. On the downside, the woman who called in advance of the trip told me to save her number and call her in case of any situations, and when I called to find out about the stop, no one answered the phone.
