First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

The garage is new but very enthusiastic and thoughtful. I will continue to support. I have new options when traveling on the Eakar - SG route. I hope the garage will grow and become known to many customers and always improve service quality.

According to my friend's opinion, the trip was quite good. This time my friend got to ride a limousine so it was quite private, unlike the first time I went for 450k but had to take a regular car. Thank you for the app and the bus company for a safe trip.

Very good service, the bus company picks up and drops off passengers at the correct address, first time riding without incurring additional Grab costs. Enthusiastic staff. First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It's arranged in the correct location and returned to the right place where the customer registered. I hope the garage is always reputable and enthusiastic to have more customers

Recently, I see that the bus company has clearly improved its service, no longer being grumpy or yelling at customers, and even giving gifts to customers. In general, I hope that in 2025 the bus company will continue to improve its service, then people will definitely travel more.

Additional comments: Passengers should be fed on time, instead of feeding passengers from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at night. Everything else is good 👍

The sleeper bus to BMT was comfortable, more space than what I experienced before, bottle of water a blanket and a pillow included. AC was set to a good temperature. We left on time and arrived 30mins earlier than expected. Driver was great compared to other ones in Vietnam! Not too much honking, no loud music or other noises and driving felt safe so it was easy to sleep. I'm glad I booked through Vexere and had the bus gps location and plate number because I had to search around the bus station to find it which is a Da Lat bus station problem (not all buses are up on the information board), not the company.
