Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. On Tet holiday, the bus did not run on time, but the bus company staff called to inform and arrange seats according to the booked tickets.

I threw up all night because it was my first time traveling by bus for 17 hours. I apologize for any inconvenience. I'm so lucky to have chosen MP Bus from hundreds of bus companies.
