It was a pleasure traveling with Quang Tuyến (Hà Giang). The driver was super polite, friendly, and attentive. We left on time and arrived one hour early, even without speeding. He also stopped immediately when I needed to use the toilets. Throughout the entire trip, we felt completely safe. Top-notch service—I highly recommend this company.

The car is clean and runs on time. I forgot something in the car, and the driver and bus assistant helped me find it. The only minus point is that the driver number updated on the website is wrong. Please remember Office No. 1 Nguyen Hoang instead of going to the wrong My Dinh bus station.

I did not take the bus with them because I missed it due to another bus company (I was changing bus). However they tried to wait for me for 30mn, and even if I did not make it, they helped me right away to find ne another bus. They bought it with me at the station, and showed me the bus. Very professional.
