I took the bus from Long Thanh to Can Tho, departing on time, smooth journey, polite staff, steady driver really made me feel secure and satisfied. The journey was thousands of miles but my heart was not troubled. Dedicated service, serious manner, rare in this time of rushing for money. Society is in chaos. The bus ran fast and on time. The driver and the conductor were friendly. I was late but they still waited patiently for me. However, I learned my lesson and don't lie down anymore. It's so painful to have motion sickness while lying down.

I found the ride very comfortable and the bus company was very good. I forgot my glasses on the bus when I returned. I hope the bus company will keep them for me and return them to me.

First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It's arranged in the correct location and returned to the right place where the customer registered. I hope the garage is always reputable and enthusiastic to have more customers
