New car, I went on the Quy Nhon -> Da Nang trip and it was very comfortable. The shuttle bus picked up and dropped off at both QN and DN. The car company is new but I don't know why I saw many low reviews so I was hesitant when I bought the ticket, but after the trip I found it great. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Text the co-driver if you want to go to the toilet and he happily stopped the car at the nearest gas station so my family could get off!! Other cars sometimes grimaced and cursed lightly :) New car, strong air conditioner, clean. I don't understand why there are many low reviews? Everyone please support me, I went from Quy Nhon to Da Nang and the whole car had 7 passengers, it was pitiful. Wish Tan Quang Dung success.

Extremely wonderful experience. Booking tickets on the app is quite cheap and convenient. The car is extremely clean, I have never seen a car with such a fragrant smell. The sleeper bus to BMT was comfortable, more space than what I experienced before, bottle of water a blanket and a pillow included. AC was set to a good temperature. We left on time and arrived 30mins earlier than expected. Driver was great compared to other ones in Vietnam! Not too much honking, no loud music or other noises and driving felt safe so it was easy to sleep. I'm glad I booked through Vexere and had the bus gps location and plate number because I had to search around the bus station to find it which is a Da Lat bus station problem (not all buses are up on the information board), not the company.

Normally I choose a familiar car, but now I have work so I choose Dien Hong car. What made me feel was the thoughtfulness and enthusiasm of the bus assistant and driver. When I forgot to get off at the stop, I was very confused, but the driver helped me get home. 10 quality points 🥰

To be honest, I was little bit scared after seeing mixed reviews here but it turned our pretty good. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An, bus was there 20-30min earlier but staff informed us about it 30 minutes before it. The staff inside with the driver were really nice, they helped us with our bags and gave us free water and small snack. The cabin was clean with blanket and alright in space even for me (184 cm). Driving was okay without too much honking but dont expect any luxury sleep cause the road is bumpy and there are a lot of turns. There were quick 3-4 toilet stops and bus got in Hoi An around the promised time. I dont know if we got lucky and other people super unlucky or they expect something impossible but i would go again with them. 10/10

Amazing bus, felt like a space ship! The bus driver found us at the station as the bus didnt have space to park at the "gate". Very wide bed seats! Taller passengers may have to sleep diagonally but there is more than enough room to fold ones knees. Great experience!

The bus departed from the bus station in Da Nang and stood in sector B. Always in touch, you could call and find out how to find it. Quite comfortable and private places. There is a dry toilet. There were no long stops along the way for breaks. Overall everything is great.
