Delicious + Professional staff and driver, use very good app, collect money with QR code to scan, no need to discuss + The fenders on the car are still very new, it seems like the car I drove was newly purchased, so there is still a plastic bag Yes, this bus company invested a lot + in general about the service, I rate it 9.6/10 - The car goes a little faster and it's ok, the transfer goes a little faster to help reduce detours and it's ok, everyone should choose and experience it. Try it out, no need to fly and waste money

To be honest, I was little bit scared after seeing mixed reviews here but it turned our pretty good. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An, bus was there 20-30min earlier but staff informed us about it 30 minutes before it. The staff inside with the driver were really nice, they helped us with our bags and gave us free water and small snack. The cabin was clean with blanket and alright in space even for me (184 cm). Driving was okay without too much honking but dont expect any luxury sleep cause the road is bumpy and there are a lot of turns. There were quick 3-4 toilet stops and bus got in Hoi An around the promised time. I dont know if we got lucky and other people super unlucky or they expect something impossible but i would go again with them. 10/10

I enjoyed the journey very much ! Despite the fact that we left 1 hour later according to the information in the ticket we arrived earlier. The seat is very comfortable with a soft blanket. You’re provided with your own air conditioner, light, a socket, a bottle of water, curtains and a small pillow. There is also WiFi which works not very fast but it’s okey for messaging.

The bus company helped me quickly book another trip for the same day because I had health problems. The operator and driver are very enthusiastic!
