Reading some negative comments made me a bit confused, but after taking the Da Nang-Pleiku trip on April 29, 2023 at 9:00 p.m. by regular car, I have the following reviews: - The 2 drivers were extremely friendly and arranged seats. 1 seat for each person - The bus assistant is stupid, probably on the same frequency so whatever he says will make him laugh - The bus leaves on time, there is a telegraph notification before the departure time, good service attitude. - Normal facilities, because I booked a regular car, I don't ask for anything more. But it looks pretty good, I stopped to go to the bathroom.

First time riding Tu An bus, felt very ok. The driver drove smoothly, not noisy. The bus assistant spoke softly, helping passengers wholeheartedly. The only thing is that he broke my suitcase huhu. Because of the bus company's enthusiastic attitude, it still deserves a 10/10 rating.
