First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

Very good service, the bus company picks up and drops off passengers at the correct address, first time riding without incurring additional Grab costs. Enthusiastic staff. This bus ride is really comfortable. There are privacy curtains, places to charge phones, room lights and TVs, and very comfortable beds and pillows. In particular, the driver and assistant driver looked quite young but were very polite and drove very smoothly. All in all a comfortable trip. I will continue to book this trip
