SG-BMT 1. Safety: I am very satisfied with the quality of Tien Oanh's passenger cars. The car is well maintained, the driver is also very experienced and drives safely. 2. Amenities: provides full amenities such as comfortable seats, cool air conditioning, high-speed wifi and mobile phone charging port. 3. Time and accuracy: The bus departs on time and arrives at BMT on time as committed. 4. Price: I feel the price of the bus service is very reasonable and consistent with the quality and amenities provided. 5. Service attitude: Staff and drivers are very enthusiastic, thoughtful and respectful of customers. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the services they provide. First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Additionally, the company should display the Wi-Fi password inside the bus for easy access. I will continue to support this bus company in the future!

The bed is wide and comfortable, the pillows and blankets are very clean and fragrant, you can sit in the right place as booked, good service attitude.

Very good service, the bus company picks up and drops off passengers at the correct address, first time riding without incurring additional Grab costs. Enthusiastic staff. The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
