Time and accuracy: The bus departs on time and arrives at BMT on time as committed. 4. Price: I feel the price of the bus service is very reasonable and consistent with the quality and amenities provided. 5. First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

Everything was comfortable and organized. The staff and driver were very kind, helpful, and accommodating, making our trip smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism really stood out. Overall, it was the best travel experience for me and my family. We’re very happy and satisfied from start to finish. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I will continue to support the garage. Hope next time will be better. Sincere thanks to the garage.

Very good service, the bus company picks up and drops off passengers at the correct address, first time riding without incurring additional Grab costs. Enthusiastic staff. Suggestion: The bus company needs to interact more with customers via App or Zalo or phone messages so that passengers can feel secure, especially those who book tickets via the App. Thank you very much, I'll book again next time
