SG-BMT 1. Safety: I am very satisfied with the quality of Tien Oanh's passenger cars. The car is well maintained, the driver is also very experienced and drives safely. 2. Time and accuracy: The bus departs on time and arrives at BMT on time as committed. 4. Price: I feel the price of the bus service is very reasonable and consistent with the quality and amenities provided. 5. Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers.
