Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Here’s my honest review of my experience traveling with this company from Hanoi to Danang. The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

The bus departed from the bus station in Da Nang and stood in sector B. Always in touch, you could call and find out how to find it. Quite comfortable and private places. There is a dry toilet. There were no long stops along the way for breaks. Overall everything is great.

Mình tình cờ biết đến xe này tai ben xe phia nam sau khi từ chối đi xe quen vì không giữ đúng ghế mình đã đặt từ 3 ngày trước(mình say xe với có bé nên cần ghế trước, dưới). Thật ấn tượng vù nhân viên tư vấn, gửi thông tin zalo rõ ràng, chuyên nghiệp. Đi đúng giờ, xe mới toanh, sạch sẽ thơm tho, buồng rộng, đẹp, ghế có chế độ matxa bên cạnh các chức năng thông thường như nâng, hạ xuống phần đầu, chân, ổ sạc pin, ... thích view ngắm cảnh cực chill, các anh tài và lơ cũng cực dễ thương, tâm lý. 10 điểm không nhưng. Mình sẽ lưu lại để giới thiệu người nhà, bạn bè đi xe này. ưng hết sức. Giờ thấy may mắn vì cảm ơn xe kia để mình bít đến xe này
