The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It would be great if the holidays allowed customers to buy tickets online. Every major holiday, we have to buy tickets directly at the ticket office, which is inconvenient for those who work or live far away.
