First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Great services... I will definitely use their service again if I have the chance, but I won't buy tickets through the cheap bus app again because it hides the behavior of the Dalat bus company on my previous trip. My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. We will also write reviews on various platforms about my experience with both Dalat and the cheap bus company. Thank you.

The bed is wide and comfortable, the pillows and blankets are very clean and fragrant, you can sit in the right place as booked, good service attitude.

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I will continue to support the garage. Hope next time will be better. Sincere thanks to the garage.
