First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

The sleeper bus to BMT was comfortable, more space than what I experienced before, bottle of water a blanket and a pillow included. AC was set to a good temperature. We left on time and arrived 30mins earlier than expected. Driver was great compared to other ones in Vietnam! Not too much honking, no loud music or other noises and driving felt safe so it was easy to sleep. I'm glad I booked through Vexere and had the bus gps location and plate number because I had to search around the bus station to find it which is a Da Lat bus station problem (not all buses are up on the information board), not the company.

hôm qua tôi đặc xe cho người nhà đi về Đaklak tài và phụ xe đổi sử với khách như nào thì tôi bt vì tôi ko đc trải nghiệm trên chuyến xe đó nhưng tôi tôi vẫn đánh giá 5 sao cho nhà xe vì những cuộc đt nói chuyện với khách rất lịch sự hơn những nhà xe khác 👍

e góp ý thêm tí là vẫn còn hút thuốc khi phòng máy lạnh ảnh hưởng với người khác em vẫn đánh giá về chất lượng nhà xe và bạn nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình nói chuyện nhỏ nhẹ với khách hàng
