An interesting experience: - The bus was on time - The bed was comfortable. 200k was okay. - There was air conditioning and blankets. - I liked the driver and the conductor. I was assigned my favorite seat and was able to change my points quickly. The customer support was enthusiastic and cheerful. - The driver played music while driving, making me nostalgic for Saigon in the 2000s. - The bus stop was clean and beautiful. I got to see the sea elephants. - The shuttle bus was on time. The bus was spacious, comfortable, and cool. - The waiting room at the bus station was spacious, airy, clean, with drinking water, charging sockets, and a restroom. - I liked the bus station's working style: fast, neat, concise, complete, and methodical. The car is very ok. I ordered a pick-up in person in District 1. However, if you want to pick up at your door, you must arrange to leave 1-1:30 minutes earlier than the appointment time on the app

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers.
