I have taken Quoc Dat bus several times before but was very surprised because the day I went was a holiday but the quality of the trip was very good, on time, correct seat, clean, had wifi, the driver and the bus conductor were very pleasant to talk to. At the rest stop, he forgot his phone, the driver didn't come back to get it but asked the next car to get it for him and delivered it to him (5 stars).
