Normally I choose a familiar car, but now I have work so I choose Dien Hong car. What made me feel was the thoughtfulness and enthusiasm of the bus assistant and driver. When I forgot to get off at the stop, I was very confused, but the driver helped me get home. 10 quality points 🥰

I often ride Mai Linh. I like the politeness the most. Both driver and passenger speak softly. Good vehicle quality. 5 stars deserved. I have been riding Mai Linh for 2 years now and have no complaints.

I only have 1 comment: the luggage compartment is quite dusty, my bag was very dirty, at around 12pm the car went a little too fast, but the driver and assistant were very dedicated and friendly. During my trip, the car had a flat tire. Luckily, the guys stopped at the gas station and changed the tire quite quickly. I hope the garage fixes the dust-free trunk for better service quality. Wishing the drivers and assistants good health!

. Attentive service from start to finish: The shuttle bus picked up passengers on time, even earlier than expected, making me feel secure about not being late. This professionalism and punctuality is a big plus in my eyes, especially for long-distance trips that require careful preparation. 2. Impressive transfer station: The bus company's transfer station is a highlight that cannot be ignored. The space is extremely modern, clean and carefully cared for - worthy of the word "luxury". In addition to the spacious waiting area, the bus company also serves a free buffet of cakes and drinks for passengers while waiting to board the bus - a small detail but showing concern for the customer experience.
