Excellent overnight bus trip from Hoi An to Da Lat with Viet Lao. The staff was very friendly, the bus was clean, the driver was a good driver, and there was no music or unpleasant noise. All this at a good price with smooth communication in English, so I recommend it. For first-timers: there are no toilets, but there were three stops approximately every two hours (you are notified in advance by announcement). You cannot eat on the bus, but there are restaurants and snack bars at some stops. You must remove your shoes and walk barefoot. At the stops, plastic slippers are provided as you exit the bus; you return them to a bin before reboarding. A small bottle of water, a blanket, and a pillow are provided. There is a USB port. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work, but that might be my fault. For those who are overweight or very tall, I recommend taking buses with fewer seats (there were about 35, and I'm not overweight, but it was a tight fit). I recommend the lower and middle seats.

The driver was very punctual, had a good attitude, every time the seat was not as chosen, we sympathize with the bus company because there were elderly people so they slept in the upper bed, the driver drove safely.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Taking this bus, I found the service to be good, the driver was safe, the car was quieter than other cars, the bus driver was very thoughtful and reminded me to go to bed early 🤣 10/10, the shuttle bus was also very enthusiastic, wait and carried our luggage for us, the driver also waited for me to finish going to the bathroom before leaving, not in a hurry to scold passengers like other cars, so let's go to mn, the cabin is also very spacious, people of 8 and 9 can sleep comfortably.
