When I got to the bus, I realized it was Hoang Khoa bus, not Hoang Long! But everything was fine! The driver and service staff were polite and courteous! Not rude and insolent like other Hoang Long buses when going from Saigon to Hanoi.

I want to leave a review about the transportation company. I was worried because of some reviews, but the trip turned out to be very comfortable.
