The car had thick blankets to keep warm, the driver was lovely, drove smoothly, I didn't get motion sickness, he was attentive and caring towards the passengers, and the car arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great.

I still gave it 5 stars, even though I booked a front seat. But when I got on the bus, the bus company made passengers sit on a first-come, first-served basis, and I had to sit at the very back. On the plus side, the bus company was enthusiastic and punctual. However, if they don't keep my reserved seat, I will reconsider returning to this bus company.
