Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. We booked an overnight bus trip from Hue to Hanoi for two people. The bus arrived at the pickup point one hour late, which can be relatively normal here since buses often pick up passengers from other cities beforehand. The journey itself was very relaxed, the sleeper seats were comfortable, and even at 1.80 m tall I was able to sleep well. After we arrived, we forgot a small bag on the bus, but we got it back the same evening completely unharmed. Of course, it’s better to avoid that kind of stress, but it was nice to see that the bus company cares about its customers. We would definitely travel with them again.

Private sleeping berths, quite comfortable space for two people (double bed), with power outlets and a toilet, the bus arrived two hours earlier than expected.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. First time riding a car but surprised by the quality. After I booked the car, someone called to confirm and told me when to be at the boarding location. When I got on the bus, the guys and bus assistants said the seat I booked was on the 2nd floor (because I booked it wrong), but my wife still let me sleep on the 1st floor. While sleeping at night, the guy woke up in a panic and I dropped the phone. phone on the floor, right in the middle of the aisle, huhu. That guy reminded me to keep my phone inside, I'm so lucky. In general, the staff's attitude and personality are very good, the car is good, there are curtains on both sides, a TV screen, wet towels, mineral water. I got in the car, took off my makeup, took care of my skin, and slept well. Especially the bed is extremely long, I'm 1m61 tall but still has a lot of room, no uncomfortable bending of the legs like other cars, overall very satisfied, really like it. Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

The service is very standard, the price is reasonable. 2 couples sleep in a double cabin, it's comfortable, the curtains are very discreet and private, the hotline is enthusiastic and the staff on the bus is very funny and cute, it's worth going back many times 👍👍
