Today I was traveling from Saigon to Hanoi for work and didn't know which bus company to take, so I chose Tan A Ba bus company. The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. If they do, please tell them to contact me at my phone number, and I'll assist them. My number ends in 666, the trip was from the university to Nha Trang on January 16th. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. But sleeping alone in a double room means every time the bus turns a corner, it's a disaster! I don't travel by bus often, but it's enough to give it a 10/10.

The car runs smoothly and safely. The driver behaves politely.

I went with 4 tickets on November 13, booked sleeper bus tickets, the bus company advised me to go with a double cabin without extra charge, very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The sleeper bus is comfortable for 2 people, with a clean toilet on the bus. Thank you bus company.
