It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. When I got to the bus, I realized it was Hoang Khoa bus, not Hoang Long! But everything was fine! The driver and service staff were polite and courteous! Not rude and insolent like other Hoang Long buses when going from Saigon to Hanoi.
