Here’s my honest review of my experience traveling with this company from Hanoi to Danang. The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

Very punctual and clean sleeper bus. The only issue is that we couldn't pick our seats in the bus when we bought the tickets so we had to insist to stay at the windows because of getting sick otherwise. After 1-2 minutes they agreed. The bus goes to Da Nang and they dropped us near Hoi An, where a private car took us the rest of the way to the hotel. Very nice and punctual! Totally recommended

The driver from Quy Nhon to Nha Trang scheduled 17:30 is awesome! He’s so kind and professional. He wasn’t late he came at Pick-up point(is not the office, just pick-up there. Don’t be afraid the google address as I uploaded a picture is correct just wait your driver until the pick-up time. (Because I was afraid I got a wrong place and asked Vietnamese on the cafe to call the driver to confirm whether the location I was is correct or not. Even, twice… Hahahaaa)

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

To be honest, I was little bit scared after seeing mixed reviews here but it turned our pretty good. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An, bus was there 20-30min earlier but staff informed us about it 30 minutes before it. The staff inside with the driver were really nice, they helped us with our bags and gave us free water and small snack. The cabin was clean with blanket and alright in space even for me (184 cm). Driving was okay without too much honking but dont expect any luxury sleep cause the road is bumpy and there are a lot of turns. There were quick 3-4 toilet stops and bus got in Hoi An around the promised time. I dont know if we got lucky and other people super unlucky or they expect something impossible but i would go again with them. 10/10

⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. I hope the app and the company will continue to improve to provide even more convenience for passengers. Best (Nhờ có app Vexere mà mình được trải nghiệm chuyến đi bằng ô tô của HK Buslines khá ổn. Điểm cộng: Xe xuất bến và đến nơi đúng giờ. Đón khách tại đúng địa điểm đã đăng ký. Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, nhiệt tình. Tổng thể, mình đánh giá 4.5 sao cho cả app Vexere và HK Busline. Excellent overnight bus trip from Hoi An to Da Lat with Viet Lao. The staff was very friendly, the bus was clean, the driver was a good driver, and there was no music or unpleasant noise. All this at a good price with smooth communication in English, so I recommend it. For first-timers: there are no toilets, but there were three stops approximately every two hours (you are notified in advance by announcement). You cannot eat on the bus, but there are restaurants and snack bars at some stops. You must remove your shoes and walk barefoot. At the stops, plastic slippers are provided as you exit the bus; you return them to a bin before reboarding. A small bottle of water, a blanket, and a pillow are provided. There is a USB port. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work, but that might be my fault. For those who are overweight or very tall, I recommend taking buses with fewer seats (there were about 35, and I'm not overweight, but it was a tight fit). I recommend the lower and middle seats.
