The bus ran relatively on time, with a shuttle service at the Phuong Trang company office as per the booked ticket, transferring passengers to the specific address in Da Lat. The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

To be honest, I was little bit scared after seeing mixed reviews here but it turned our pretty good. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An, bus was there 20-30min earlier but staff informed us about it 30 minutes before it. The staff inside with the driver were really nice, they helped us with our bags and gave us free water and small snack. The cabin was clean with blanket and alright in space even for me (184 cm). Driving was okay without too much honking but dont expect any luxury sleep cause the road is bumpy and there are a lot of turns. There were quick 3-4 toilet stops and bus got in Hoi An around the promised time. I dont know if we got lucky and other people super unlucky or they expect something impossible but i would go again with them. 10/10

The driver did a good job, and the journey started 20 minutes early once everyone had boarded. We arrived in Da Lat two hours ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. The bus made a 30-minute dinner and restroom stop around 9 p.m. — though I wouldn’t recommend dining there. Instead, consider bringing snacks or biscuits for the ride. Also, avoid drinking too much water after the first stop since there are no more breaks for the next 9 hours. Overall, it was a smooth and efficient trip, and I highly recommend it!
