I was very satisfied with my trip with My Duyen bus company. The bus was new, clean, the sleeping berths were comfortable and thoroughly cleaned. Especially noteworthy was the free door-to-door transfer service, which was very convenient and had no extra cost. The staff and drivers were very enthusiastic, friendly, and provided attentive support to passengers. The trip was safe and on time. I take the 8:30 p.m. flight. It was my first time using this company so I expected to be at Q6 station at 7:20 p.m. Who would have thought that at 7:35 p.m. there would already be a bus to transfer to Mien Tay station. Get on the big bus and depart on time, with each stop lasting 30-45 minutes. When you arrive at Gia Rai station, there is a shuttle bus waiting to take you there. This trip does not pick up passengers along the way so the car is comfortable.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
