An interesting experience: - The bus was on time - The bed was comfortable. 200k was okay. - There was air conditioning and blankets. - I liked the driver and the conductor. I was assigned my favorite seat and was able to change my points quickly. The customer support was enthusiastic and cheerful. - The driver played music while driving, making me nostalgic for Saigon in the 2000s. - The bus stop was clean and beautiful.
