The bus runs 20 minutes late, the service is ok, please note that this bus company divides the buses by price: 240k is the number 1 bus, 300k.... first time buying a ticket from this bus company and reading the comments I see many people criticizing me too. It's a bit scary, but after experiencing it, I think the garage is very good.

Everything was okay, the bus conductor on my trip was very enthusiastic. I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Expand the number of pick-up and drop-off points. 2. Check that all passengers are on board before departure. 3. When passengers get off at stops, the conductor could speak loudly (during the day) and gently remind passengers at night (as passengers might be asleep and it would be better to avoid disturbing others). My experience was great! But I only traveled during the day! I hope the bus company continues to improve!

The driver and the bus conductor are very nice. Yesterday, it was raining. I sat in the car waiting for Thanh Trung bus to arrive. The bus conductor called me and told me to stay in the car and brought me an umbrella. Such a thoughtful action. When I got on the bus, he was afraid I would be cold and brought me a cotton blanket. Every time I got off the bus, he booked a Grab and Be to take me to my destination. They were super enthusiastic. I have used many snow buses from Khanh Hoa to SG, but this bus has the best experience. I bought tickets for my parents to go, and they couldn't stop praising me. Thank you Thanh Trung bus company.
